Emeka-Obi
Uchenna S. Emeka-Obi is a seasoned Technology Management Consultant with over two decades of experience in operational, technology, and cybersecurity risk management. Specialising in finance, oil & gas, and consulting sectors, she designs and implements enterprise-wide risk frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations and strategic business goals.
Uche has led numerous high-impact projects, including the setup of Nigeria’s Financial Industry CERT ($12.5M) and the implementation of the first enterprise IT Disaster Recovery solution for the Central Bank of Nigeria. Her expertise includes overseeing ISO 27001 compliance initiatives, conducting risk assessments for national payment systems, and operationalizing cybersecurity threat intelligence across Nigeria’s financial sector.
Holding an M.Sc. in Microprocessor & Control Engineering and a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Uche possesses certifications such as C|CISO, CISM, CISA, CGEIT, PMP, CSSBB, and ISO 22301 Lead Implementer. With a consultative approach, Uche empowers organisations to build resilient systems, manage complex risks, and maintain regulatory and operational excellence.”*

Beatrice Izeagbe Okpara is a highly experienced communications professional with over a decade of expertise in communication strategy, brand management, media production, and stakeholder engagement.
With nearly 20 years in the financial services and regulatory sectors, she has held key roles in Information Technology, Client Relationship Management, Public Affairs, Business Development, and Corporate Communications, contributing to organizations like Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and DrawBridge Communication Management Limited. She currently leads strategic communications efforts as the Founder of Puzzle Craft, a Public Relations and Communications agency focused on delivering tailored, impactful solutions for brands and institutions.
Beatrice has led impactful initiatives, including overseeing the 360-degree amplification of the CBN’s Monetary Policy Committee decisions, digitizing communication research, implementing a system-user mapping process, and supporting the CBN Contact Centre deployment. She also contributed to the Bank’s Learning Initiative as a subject matter expert on communication.
She holds an MSc in Media & Communications from Pan-Atlantic University, an MBA in International Business from Nile University of Nigeria, certifications in Information Technology and Communication, and a certificate in Public Policy Innovations from the London School of Economics.
